Trial Class Policy

At XDT Education, we strive to provide exceptional dance education and an enjoyable learning experience for all our students. To ensure that prospective students have the opportunity to explore their passion for dance before committing to our program, we offer trial classes. This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for participating in a trial class at XDT Education.

  1. Eligibility:
    1. Trial classes are open to individuals of all ages and skill levels who are considering enrolling in regular classes at XDT Education.
    2. Prospective students must complete a trial class registration form, which includes necessary personal information and a liability waiver. Participants under the age of 18 must have their form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
  2. Scheduling:
    1. Trial classes are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Prospective students can contact our staff or visit our website to check the available trial class options.
    2. Each prospective student is eligible for one trial class per dance style.
  3. Fee:
    1. A non-refundable trial class fee of $15 is required to secure a spot in the trial class. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing the trial class registration.
    2. If the prospective student decides to enroll in regular classes within one week of the trial class, the trial class fee will be deducted from the total tuition.
  4. Attire and Etiquette:
    1. All trial class participants must adhere to our dress code policy, which includes wearing appropriate dance attire and footwear.
    2. Respectful behavior is expected from all trial class participants. This includes following instructions, being attentive, and treating fellow students and instructors with courtesy and professionalism.
  5. Liability:
    1. XDT Education and its staff are not responsible for any injuries sustained during the trial class. By participating in the trial class, the prospective student assumes all risks and waives any claims against the dance studio.
  6. Observers:
    1. Trial classes are closed to observers, including parents and family members. This policy ensures a focused and distraction-free environment for both the trial class participants and our instructors.
  7. Enrollment:
    1. After attending a trial class, prospective students have the opportunity to enroll in regular classes at XDT Education. Our staff will be available to guide them through the enrollment process and provide further information.
